Why would God. Love, Spirit, Creation or Creator even allow death? A death in the family gives us (both sides of the veil) a better appreciation for who we all are, or have been and the love that we feel and/or have felt. It is thus meant to help us open our hearts.
I have found that "death" of my beloved has been a heart opening, (inner) eye opening and mind opening experience. And I believe this experience is possible for all of us who survive "death" (and we all do, on both sides of the veil), whether that death seemingly comes through wars, sickness, "accident" or whatever. How you live your life and how you perceive it is all in your frame of mind.
Just because my wife died does not mean that my life died! And she isn't really dead, she just moved to a different vibrational realm, from our physical world, into the worlds of mind, emotions and expanded love, what many call spirituality ... and science calls a quantum existence.
So the one on either side of "the veil" may now find a new perspective - and more life to live! Death, then, exists so that we might renew ourselves and in that process find everlasting LIFE!
